Klara Elias is an Icelandic singer-songwriter and internationally recognized songwriter with over two decades of experience across the global music industry. She first rose to prominence as a member of Nylon, Iceland’s most successful girl group, before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue her solo career and songwriting work on an international scale.

Based between Iceland, Europe, and the United States, Klara has collaborated with a wide range of acclaimed artists and producers, including Loreen, Ólafur Arnalds, Felix Sandman, Tritonal, and BAEKHYUN. Her songwriting credits include multiple international releases, Billboard Hot 100 #1 placements in both Japan and South Korea, and extensive sync placements across major global TV productions such as The Kardasians, Love Is Blind, Queer Eye, and Selling Sunset.

Klara is currently working on her upcoming solo album, set for release in 2026, while traveling between songwriting sessions across Europe and the U.S., alongside remote collaborations from Iceland. Her solo work blends emotional storytelling with genre-fluid pop, rooted in experience, vulnerability, and a distinctly Nordic sensibility.
